Room for Improvement, but Steeped in Potential
Despite a strong location and nostalgic memories, my recent stay was let down by cleanliness and service inconsistencies. The breakfast choices seemed extensive, but the quality fell short. Future guests should plan an early breakfast to ensure they enjoy the best of what’s offered.

The Twin Room was pretty decent. Beds were comfortable enough, and we had all we needed. Powerful showers were a nice touch, really refreshing. It was clean, and the decor wasn’t bad. A small fridge was handy, too. Just a bit cramped with the layout, and the curtains could've been better to block light. No major complaints, though.

Can just recommend for a weekend
Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a powerful shower that rejuvenates after a long day of exploring, while the convenient location near the railway station makes it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Everything was exactly right.

The powerful showers provided a refreshing experience.
The breakfast quality was disappointingly poor.

Had a great time with friends! We explored some local attractions and the restaurant served a hearty breakfast. The place was clean, and the rooms were comfy. Perfect for events, especially with the nearby sports center catering to different gatherings.
We faced a bit of confusion at check-in when the staff insisted we switch to a family room even though we preferred our original room. It made for an uncomfortable experience that left us eager to leave.

Staff were nice, but bathroom cleanliness was lacking. Free Wi-Fi was great.

The room was spacious and cozy. We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace for morning coffee and the garden for evening relaxation. Although the breakfast selection was a bit limited, everything else made our stay delightful. Just a heads-up that the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our experience overall. 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 05poor breakfast
The hotel has seen better days. With most of the 94 rooms occupied by asylum seekers, it felt less like a bustling hotel and more like a temporary shelter. The bar, disappointingly, doesn’t serve alcohol, which is a huge downside wanting to unwind. I found the breakfast quality to be lacking. the bacon and sausages seemed cheap and not what you’d expect. Although the room was well-equipped, it was also uncomfortably hot even with the window fully open, and the single bed resembled something meant for a child rather than an adult. It’s evident that the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, with visible black mold in several areas. the experience left me feeling uncomfortable, prompting reluctance for a return.

Comfortable and convenient stay
The room was clean and came with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a fridge for fresh milk. The powerful shower was a treat after a long day. Staff were helpful when I needed to grab a taxi, making travel easy. Great location close to the train station too.

Great staff and a comfy bed. The fridge kept ticking all night, not ideal.

Solo traveler, excellent stay
The staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, genuinely made my stay better. Plus, the room had a full-size fridge, which allowed me to keep fresh milk for my tea, little things like that can make a big difference.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the experience was worth it.

comfortable stay but amenities need attention
The room offered a generous amount of space, which was ideal for my needs. I especially appreciated the fridge for storing my snacks and drinks.
Although the dining option was convenient, I felt it could use more variety.
